Tropical Travels

Sorry this is 3 weeks late but here are photos from our most vacation to St Thomas and St John.
Our tiny 6 seat plane from Purto Rico to St Thomas. Yikes it was small. We flew all day to get to St T. 3 flights in total from Portland. Man, I hope it was worth it.
Us from our patio at Two Moons over Magen's Bay in St Thomas.
Mike, playing with the many jelly fish at Koki Beach, yes that is the ocean water - not the pool.
Wreak diving at Miss Opportunity

Me, all day at Koki Beach on a hot day, lots of Corona!
FrenchTown, after dark on the pier after a lovely dinner out.

Taking the ferry to St John with St Thomas in the background
Magen's Bay, lot of milk sharks and sting rays just swiming up to shore. Here's the sexy crew.

On our rainy day on St John we wished a couple of ruins from the 1800's. This was a windmill at one time build on a hill overlooking the bays.

What's that? Pirates?

Sister-in-Law's. Should we look like twins cause we are married to twins? I think not.

Sunset from the Marriot's Frenchman's Warf

Visiting the old ruins at the Suger Mill, on St Johns.

The last night after lovely beachside dinner, we were a happy crew.

St Thomas and the US Virgin Islands is a place known for pirates and trade ships. There are more wreak dives here than any other place because so many trade ships sank here and the US had a major military base here and ships where sunk on purpose when they were decommissioned.

We had a lovely time but were itching to get home and squeeze our babies back in Portland before the big move!
