Just a few quick shots from the big day, lots more to come. And what a wonderful, touching and sweet wedding it was. Megan of course looked beaa...uutiful. And the wedding itself was a highlight moment in my life. Everyone helped make it amazing.

MEG & JASON'S WEDDING
WEDDING PREP

Such a special part of Megan's day was going to the Bonneville Spa for a bath and wrap. It is the most enjoyable thing to do before a big day. The claw foot tubs and mineral water is all we needed to relax the stress away. Check out Bonneville Spa

MEG'S BACHELORETTE PARTY!

WOW!! What fun, my sister is getting married tomorrow and I had to throw a bash to embarrass the living daylights out of her. I think we succeeded based on the simple fact that there were over 100 photos taken of her throughout the night, and in most she was as red as a cherry. She told me that the majority of the pictures were not appropriate to show to anyone. But I know she was joking. Right?

Meg was sent on a scavenger hunt to build a survival kit for her honeymoon.

And of course, Meg's Bachelorette Cake.

CHRISTMAS DAY!

Our little family Christmas. Photo (Mike, Jen, Jason, Megan, Josh, Dad, Mom, Aunt Katie, Grandpa Knoll)
CHRISTMAS EVE
The Knoll family tradition is to eat fondue, clam chowder and make gingerbread houses before opening presents on Christmas Eve. So, in the spirit of Christmas tradition we initiated Jason into the swing of things.

Looks like he is getting the hang of things.

the MONTAGE!

Everyone in Portland loves the Montage for its crazy and ever changing aluminum foil creations! Our new Sunset friends and home group diehards went to share a bowl of fattening pasta and celebrate the season with us. As you can see, the guys got a female foil artist who made them a crab, mouse and snail. (Wow, what that will do to the male ego) The girls however got the male foil artist who made us a saber sword, space gun and cute bunny for Rachel! So word to the wise, get a foil artist who shares your gender symbolizm if you want an accurate representation of your Montage foil art symbol.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM THE JACOBS
We are blessed to get to share a little glimpse into our lives with you in this way. Sometimes being so far away can make you feel out of touch with friends and family, but technology makes it easier, hun? The page was created so that we could keep you updated on what we are up to from time to time. We update it pretty often so please mark it as a favorite and visit it to say hello every once and awhile. I am not much of a writer, so it helps to like photography. But Mike helps proofread, forgive me if you find a typo.
We have lots of photos on the site, of fun things that we have done over the past year, our house, trips, every day stuff.
Hope to see you again soon!
