My sister's sister-in-law graciously took some prego photos of me at 37 weeks. I am so thrilled to have captured this moment in time with a few photos in my flowering backyard. I can't say that as a 9 month along prego chick, I feel very photogenic but she did a beautiful job and these are just a few.
I really am feeling good, although I must admit that a few times already I have felt that I could be in labor and it is a false alarm. But unlike on father of the bride, we never made it to the hospital over one of these midnight scares. My body is obviously preparing fast with lots of Bracton-Hicks contractions and often times shooting back pain and nausea that is just the worst. But it seems like such a small price to pay for my baby.
Today is my last day at work and I am completely glad to be signing off a little early in case baby girl comes sooner than 40 weeks. Since Jack came at 38 1/2 it seems likely that she might as well. Although I have been told not to expect that but to prepare for it. So, work will be living without me, hehe. JOKING!
As I mentioned in an earlier post, baby girl is considerably small but still growing great. I've gained around 28lb although I don't know why I mention that except to say that I gained that exact same amount with Jack before I popped (so to speak) and my water broke.
So, in the next few weeks I feel like a timer about to go off and I guess I am. I am so excited to spend some special time at home with Jack and make the final preparations for baby girl to come. Please leave your vote on the poll about our baby girl names. More to come "VERY" soon.

What if you were to quietly "tune in, without any name in mind and ask her what her name is? Let her tell you. She will if you allow all preferred ideas to be set aside and just ask her. The little ones are more tuned into their identities than we realize. It's only when they get to this side, that they start forgetting who they are and take on the impression we impose on them.

You are so gosh darn cute. No preggers mom feels hot, but you look absolutely stunning. Gaining the same weight the 2nd time around is awesome! You didn't get older and fatter!
Jessie Jansen (Jonsen now) was over the other day and we were looking at old pics and we were saying how you have only gotten prettier with time.
I'm so excited for you and baby girl, I'm sure you can't wait for her to arrive!
