Life has changed so much for me since becoming a mom 2 months ago. I have these sereal moments of pause lately just thinking about everything wonderful and new in my life now. In the last week we've had Mike's sister Vera and her husband Chad visiting us from Oklahoma City. Having Jackson has been a great excuse to finally get some of Mike's family who have not come to Oregon since our wedding celebration 4 years ago, to come back. What a special time of visisting and playing with Jackson.

The Mini got a little love this weekend too! She hasn't been taken out much lately but when the summer comes we will be bumping her all over town.
Jackson loved this position when being held by his Aunt Vera. He was pretty fussy one night so she tried the booty pat but he wasn't having it.
I remember when none of our friends had kids. Now most of them do and we get to see them growing up together. This touches my heart because I've always wanted my kids to have friends that they've had since they were babies.
