On Sunday Cornerstone Church had their 3rd annual church picnic at my folk’s house. For the 3rd time they roasted a whole pig in a pit just like the Hawaiians do. My dad learned this technique when he lived in Hawaii. It is always a big hit - the pig. I think they had over 250 people there. It was a blast. Baptism, BBQ and the service of course.
